César Diego is a painter and draftsman based in Mexico whose works have been featured in solo exhibitions nationally. Particularly fascinated by everyday life, his art explores varying themes which include the family and its increasing degradation, as well as how the pandemic has transformed daily urban life. In addition, Diego is intrigued by the self-portrait as a form of journal and a means of self-knowledge. He creates using oils and acrylics on canvas.
