POP ART
The study was done with recycled materials, combined with PopArt where the modern cut of the mosaic crosses with the relief and recycled materials, creating the effect of the 3D painting.
The inspiration came from a news story that happened in 2010, where Obama went to a Fast Food as an ordinary person, to take a break.
Attracted by significant episodes that go beyond the ceremonials, the rules, the schemes of contemporary society, I did… a lot of research on the character.
By carefully selecting a photo of him, combining it with the hamburger metaphor. This means that the "great politician" is also human, and can be among the people, indeed this is his task.
In the use of color I was fascinated by the yellow, white, red and black that outline the outlines of the character.
