About this artwork
In this work, I used an intense mixed of bright colors of acrylics to create my canvas; bright green, desert yellow, light blue, browns, and black. Fatal Fixation is a beautiful painting inspired by many things such as fashion magazines, Japan and myself. The colors are bright to capture emotion and express the essence of the painting. The painting reflects a deep understanding of being observed and controlling the narrative of one's own representation.
