In this painting, I wanted to capture the tenderness and vulnerability of love expressed with honesty and passion. I used watercolor to give it softness and fluidity, while the figurative and naive style creates an intimate, almost childlike connection with the emotion. The figure holding the letter is a symbol of hope and total surrender, radiating a warmth that will fill any space with sensitivity.
