This portrait is an active encounter with the viewer. Thoughtful and open at the same time, this woman seems to see through us or through us.
On the other hand, it also shows itself as an object of our observation in a certain multidimensional complexity. Part of the half of her face and the forehead area has a different level - she breaks up the modern pink textures. So we too can see through this young woman… in a certain way and look thoughtfully up and behind the facade.
The face is hardly defined, only the sense organs allow it to be recognized as such. However, the mysterious eyes and sensual mouth are very present. Overall, this work evokes a lot of liveliness through the intense graffiti art colors and the unusual structural levels.
The clarifying and soothing shades of green and white are anchored in the classy white shadow gap frame.

Carola X is an artist based in Germany whose paintings have been exhibited nationally.
