About this artwork
Casper Verborg starts most of his recent paintings with an abstract and expressive background, painted with bright and vibrant colors. He uses a brought variety of resources such as rags, sponges, palette knives, pieces of cardboard and his hands (don’t worry, he uses gloves).
In this specific work, he added several figures who were snapshot randomly in the streets. By adding them together in the picture frame, painted as silhouettes, they are bonded… as members of a secret fellowship.
