About this artwork
Escape was inspired by my love of nature and travel. I have found that drawing from memories rather than using a reference has allowed me the freedom to create this fantasy landscape, using both intricate drawing and washes of coloured ink. A wonderful way to ‘escape’ from everyday life. This piece has been created on very heavy bodied watercolour paper, It is signed front and back. Requires framing.
