Even when painting an abstract, Cathy finds that nature seems to be the most likely catalyst. While creating this piece, Cathy was constantly searching for direction, yet at the same time, allowing the story to evolve organically. In conclusion, she loved the depth of the dark cavernous areas and the way the light seemed to dance over the composition, capturing both movement and intrigue.
