White feathers are often thought to be a message of peace, love, light and protection. It is said that coming across one is a good sign, a message from the Divine, that there is the hope that things will be better for the finder. Cathy has painted these delicate feathers, floating in a sky of pale blue & purple hues, simply because she loves the notion that these beliefs can bring a feeling of comfort to the viewer.
