Santa never shed a tear, yet storms raged within his heart. People no longer found joy in gifts; endless wanting had stripped meaning from giving. The magic that once filled his nights was now… replaced by silence and emptiness.
A thought echoed through him: “How long can a hero endure in a world that has lost its joy?” The fire’s warmth no longer comforted—it merely invited him deeper into stillness. Perhaps there, he would rediscover himself. Or perhaps, he would simply fade away.
