This work focuses on the collision between high-energy radiation and vast, brooding atmospheric voids, utilizing aggressive texturing to capture the frequency of a celestial event. I’ve emphasized the focal point on the left as a moment of ignition, disrupting the stillness of the composition with a pulsating core that radiates light outward in shattered rings, forces that dissolve the boundaries of the space it occupies. the canvas into a dense, scumbled field of metallic and light-refracting particles, contrasting with the absolute saturation of the lower register that grounds the composition in a heavy, horizontal stillness. By utilizing these opposing forces of aggressive texture and calm depth, I intend to convey the visceral vibration of form eroding into light, capturing the friction of a galaxy in flux.

My work is an exploration of the threshold where coastal light meets atmospheric mass. Moving away from representational form, I focus on the 'Glow Core'—the emotional light trapped within layers of sea mist and fog.
Utilizing a signature multi-stage oil process, I build physical topography through textured foundations before submerging them in translucent glazes of blue, green, and emotional magentas. My paintings do not seek to depict objects like clouds or waves, but rather the energy, depth, and tidal movement of the atmosphere itself. Each piece is an invitation to inhabit a space where the horizon is felt rather than seen.
