About this artwork
The concept of decomposers converting biological remains into energy is integrated with artificial elements to develop evolved variant organisms that adapt to complex and ever-changing artificial environments. The central gear-flower pistil rotates the key to life, giving rise to three yellow bract-like tissues, enveloping circuit boards from which sprout flourishing and vibrant new forms of species. The diverse postures of the new biological entities…
are all enveloped within a mushroom-like structure, interacting, evolving, and mutating, while also attempting to extend their exploration outward. Decomposers transform the obsolete, discarded, and decaying environment into a vibrant and colorful vitality, showcasing the relationships within a diverse ecosystem and food chain. The red fiber tissue in the hidden corners of the periphery, with antenna-like structures, senses and receives external messages, possessing the function of message transmission.
