About this artwork
An expressive painting of a winter storm blowing off the Atlantic Ocean across the beach at Sennen Cove, Cornwall. Painted primarily using a palette knife with acrylics on plywood. I was keen to reflect the darkness created by the dense storm clouds, the chaotic sky, and the rising waves.
