About this artwork
Painted during a life class session, he was exploring the use of a cut up credit card as a painting tool using a limited colour palette. Hard lines can be achieved and, similar to a palette knife, colour can be spread and merged. He has created a number of successful figurative paintings using this method. Acrylic on card, mounted and framed.
