TItle: A COLOURFUL ENCOUNTER
A statement large painting, exploring the effect of colour on the eye.
SIZE 200 X 96 CM acrylic on canvas.
Unstretched canvas, will require stretching at your local framers and dispatched rolled in a tube.
COMMENTS
The juxtaposing of bold colours strongly affects our eye’s ability to correctly perceive the colour.
I will begin a painting with a single stroke of colour, and continue to layer the work until I feel… the balance of colour and composition is correct. The painting will lead me into the creation of unique shapes which I am excited to introduce to the world I'm an artist on a continual journey, there can be no end. I learn from the past and continue to create the future.
