About this artwork
I am deeply influenced by colour theory, and the spirituality of art, in particular abstract art. The first mark I make on the canvas begins to inform the progress. I build the composition in many layers of oil paint until I create the whole. Only then does the painting reach a conclusion. The whole process will take many months of work and decision making. It's a privilege to present this new statement piece to you.
