About this artwork
In my creation, naivety and surrealism merge into a lively, dreamlike scene. Using oil paints, I created a world in which calm nature meets the lively dynamics of volcanoes. The church ruins in the center symbolize impermanence and also constancy in the midst of changing times. This picture is intended to fill your room with an energy of hope and endless possibilities.
