About this artwork
This work is super complex; Not only because of its time-consuming creation, but the meaning of the piece is full of spiritual symbolism.
The work is made on plaster after a sculpture process on sculptor's clay, having my piece applied oil, acrylics and pigments sealing with resin that surpasses the 3D sculpture.
The Bluejay symbolizes the Protection of the divinity to the human beings.
Mountains symbolize the meaning of my name (Cinthya Picazo)… is a name that both words mean Mountains along with a carved triangle as my graphic signature.
The lotus flower and another rose symbolizing life, in the same way green leaves painted on the feathers and 3 swirls symbolizing the creation of God that is everywhere we look.

Cinthya Picazo is a Mexican artist whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the United Kingdom and the United States. His works have also appeared in VOGUE Great Britain. Picazo's pieces reflect her activism for gender equality, the environment and the care of flora and fauna. Working in a style of figurative and cubist inspiration, he uses the fragmentation of elements to generate a whole. Use acrylics, oils, pigments, lacquers and Gesso when creating.
