About this artwork
I wanted to paint these sculptures to follow up on my series of Totems that I paint on canvas and wood, the colors and figures are representative of my style, as well as the gold and fluorescent colors that represent this series of acrylic, oil and spray on sculptures of resin. Each work is unique and I will not repeat the design for the intervention of future pieces. They have a hole in the back to attach it to the wall with a nail.
The bear,… still apparently an aggressive animal, surprisingly prefers peace.
The bear totem brings courage and peace, resurrection, sovereignty, benevolence, motherhood, patience and introspection in people's lives as an animal totem and guide.

Cinthya Picazo is a Mexican artist whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the United Kingdom and the United States. His works have also appeared in VOGUE Great Britain. Picazo's pieces reflect her activism for gender equality, the environment and the care of flora and fauna. Working in a style of figurative and cubist inspiration, he uses the fragmentation of elements to generate a whole. Use acrylics, oils, pigments, lacquers and Gesso when creating.
