About this artwork
Playing, having fun with colors, mixing them, superimposing them, in transparencies and nuances, in a warm and harmonious palette; while looking for a movement of life, energy. The surface becomes imaginary matter, almost mineral. The colors are applied in translucent layers using metallic spatulas to let the light through and create a smooth and sensual surface.

Clarisse Friedmann is an artist based in France whose paintings have been featured in solo and group exhibitions nationally.
