About this artwork
Traveling together is like a tango, asphalt, earth and mud towards roads and destinies that cross. A journey towards something that is already inside us, towards glances and other directions. We are travellers and we don't know where, perhaps for an internal journey within ourselves. Have we ever been where we really wanted to go or where we dreamed? This is a journey into a wild world that resembles me a little, that wanders in many directions to…
find the road but I don't know where yet. The work leaves a lot of freedom of imagination because it ranges without the gaze stopping at a precise point dominated by the shades of the earth, mud and asphalt that we find during our journey. The texture that is perceived by touching the canvas is an invitation to enter a tactile journey, while the rhythms and contrasts of the colours evoke a deep visual dialogue. White frame, American type with 1 cm of space between the canvas and the frame.
