If nothing matters,
What should I work towards,
What can I dream,

If all we need is love,
The interdependence between souls,
All the rest adds to the magic,
But without it there is only poverty
Whatever skills or intelligence,
Whatever other success.
Without that union of spirits,
Such marriage,
There is only desolateness,
And essential daily loneliness
The art of union,
Openhearted, open of mind,
Artists of love… in each other’s eyes,
The highest love,
The highest union,
Artistic thriving in harmony with the higher and highest ideal.
