About this artwork
Being needs no explanation.
It needs no name, form, or purpose. It simply is.
At the center, a dark core holds tiny seeds of light. Around it, matter opens and expands in a stream of color, as if all existence were born from that point and returned to it.
Being is that still center amidst movement. That which remains while everything changes. A presence prior to forms, which does not need to become visible in order to exist.
Yellow spreads like… light, like life, like consciousness. Red holds the strength, the impulse, the matter that pulsates. And at the center, that which does not move: the essence.
To be is to inhabit the moment without needing to become something else.
Do not do.
Don't search.
Not to arrive.
Simply, to be.
