About this artwork
A work on the representation of the body between appearance and disappearance.

which highlights its intensity which transcribes an immeasurable reality,
manifestation of a hidden reality, represent the infigurable.

« "The practice of drawing is for me existential. It is a quest, an obsession, and a breath. Without any words, it conveys a feeling and emotion to the gaze of others. A wordless language, populated with infinity." »
Corinne Cesca’s art has been exhibited throughout her native France while being featured in such publications as Le Parisian and Magazine Miroir de L’art. The sculptor and printmaker expresses herself through representations of the human form. As in life, her characters speak of diversity, joy and anger, as well as movement. Cesca’s process begins by drawing on a metal plate using various tools, intaglio inks and pigments, which she then transfers onto paper.
