About this artwork
This piece is about a journey, and is a result of experimenting, which for me is often the joy of painting, and I would characterize this as an abstracted landscape. Ilet the painting evolve without a preconceived idea and used a couple of different media; acrylic paint and mediums, then I varnished it.
It is the path we walk between spirit and the physical life. Cornelia wanted this piece to feel light and at the same time show balance between… spirit, earth and life.
A work of art that represents the love of the environment, a perfect nature that inspire the artist to deliver his melody to a magical twilight in the forest; As an act of gratitude to nature for giving humanity and all living beings the wonderful and vital elements to live.

Cornelia Petrea is an experienced Romanian painter who has exhibited her work in France, Monaco, Romania and the United States. She obtained a mechanical engineering degree before turning to a future in art, but now fully focuses on her true passion for painting. Portraying the beauty of nature as well as her own life story, she constructs acrylic on canvas works full of hope, energy and harmony.
