Coşkun Özçakır is a Turkish-American artist working primarily in painting and design, with formal training in graphic design and painting from California State University, Los Angeles. He employs a thoughtful, intuitive mastery of color and abstract form, building subtle visual harmonies that unfold organically. His non-representational pieces invite personal interpretation, offering viewers a tranquil haven that evokes warmth, introspection, and a quiet emotional resonance.
He has exhibited his works in numerous international symposia, solo and group exhibitions, and international contemporary art fairs in Turkey, Europe, and the U.S.A. He is the recipient of multiple art awards, and his work has been featured in various magazines, newspapers, and televised interviews. Özçakır’s paintings are held in private and institutional collections both in Turkey and internationally.
He continues to live and work in his studio in Kuşadası, Türkiye.
