About this artwork
In this painting I combine acrylic, collage, Indian ink and oil pastel in a semi-abstract, figurative representation. I wanted to capture the fragility and complexity of human emotions. The materials used underline the cracks and textures that symbolize inner conflict. This artwork captures a feeling of melancholy and reflection that leaves a lasting impression in the room.
