Amazing, mysterious ruins of Angkor temples, hidden in the Cambodian jungle, awakened her imagination and contributed to the creation of a large painting series, of which this painting presented here is a part of.
The inspiration for these paintings was the 12th-century Buddhist temple Ta Prohm, the ruins of which are almost entirely absorbed by huge, hundreds years old tree roots.
