About this artwork
In this semi-abstract oil painting, I've poured my contemplations on the canvas, intertwining hues and forms to represent life's unpredictability. Each brushstroke is deliberate, a medley of emotion and thought, embodying the human spirit's resilience amidst the ever-shifting tides of time. This piece will bring a surge of introspection and a vibrant energy to any space, inviting viewers to embrace the beauty of uncertainty that surrounds us.

« The moment a fairy tale moves from dark to light, the sound of the wind through the pines, the sentience of animals, far beyond the edge of the clouds. »
Daisy Clarke is a passionate British painter and a graduate of the Royal College of Art, who has widely exhibited her work throughout the UK. Influenced by the otherworldly stories she was enamored with in childhood, and additionally inspired by their dark undertones, she composes paintings that present paradoxes situated within and between fantasy and reality. Her subverted fairy lands appear intriguing, immersive, and deeply sensory.
