About this artwork
Agnus Dei, The Architectures of the Invisible originates from the discovery of Samuel Barber's choral work Agnus Dei. Inspired by the evocative power of this music, the series explores the invisible bonds that unite beings through birth, memory, transmission, and destiny. The works do not seek to illustrate the music, but rather to translate the inner experience it evokes. Forms, symbols, materials, and fragments compose a sensitive architecture…
where the visible and the invisible intersect. Each painting becomes a passage between here and elsewhere, between what is perceived and what remains mysterious. This series offers a reflection on the silent forces that shape our lives and our shared humanity.

A multidisciplinary artist from the province of Quebec, I develop a practice where matter becomes memory, breath, and light. My approach encompasses photography, drawing, collage, painting, relief paintings, and sculpture, in a constant dialogue between density, transparency, and inner resonance.
I explore matter as a sensitive territory where silence, verticality and organic traces meet. Each work is born from an inner movement — an impulse, a vibration — that I seek to make visible through superimposition, assembly, cutting, light or depth.
My work is part of an ongoing exploration of presence, fragility, memory, and space. Each piece invites attention to silence, to slowness, to what remains beneath the surface.
