About this artwork
This bronze sculpture is an exploration of architecture and balance. Through its curved lines and inclined planes, it embodies a constant search between stability and movement, between the rigidity of metal and the fluidity of forms.
I am always fascinated by balance. The sculpture seems to defy the laws of physics, as if suspended between two states: the solidity of its base anchored to the plinth and the lightness of its curves. Each angle of… view reveals a new tension between solids and voids, inviting the viewer to reflect on how architecture interacts with the space that surrounds it.
Bronze, a material that is both robust and malleable, becomes the ideal medium for conveying this duality. Light highlights the contrasts and nuances of the form. This piece, at once minimalist and expressive, is part of an artistic approach where balance is also a matter of perception and emotion.
