Every beat of our heart resonates in the sap of a tree, every breath we take is a gift of the air that the Earth offers us.

Nature does not belong to us: we belong to it.
Yet, forgetting this bond, we break what nourishes us, we hurt what sustains us.
"Awareness" is an act of memory, a gentle but firm reminder to rediscover… the profound relationship that unites us to every form of life.
Because only by recognizing this connection can we truly take care of ourselves, of the Earth, of the future.
