The amygdales gave primitive man the possibility to improve his existence, to vary his diet, to personalize his clothes and to improve more and more the tools available for this epochal change that has led to what we are today.
But we can also imagine that those chipping gave the start to an aesthetic knowledge of the world. The desire to decorate these primitive tools, where embellishment was not a deprivation of the functionality proper to the… use for which it was produced, but becomes something else: the communion between a metaphysical harmony and sensible pleasure?
