About this artwork
In this work, I fused acrylic with sand to capture the essence of resilience and transformation. The semi-abstract forms and neutral tones inspire a meditation on the complexity of urban spaces and the moments of calm that can be found within them. It is an invitation to deep contemplation, awakening sensitivity and introspection.
Daniele Canellas, trained at the Besançon and Perpignan School of Fine Arts, uses watercolor, acrylic, and collage. Her assertive contemporary style emphasizes the generosity of color, subtle or strong, and the purity of graphics thanks to her expertise with a palette knife. Her Mediterranean and imaginary landscapes, imbued with sobriety, are a feast for the eyes, bringing the energy of color to life.
