About this artwork
In this portrait I challenged myself to create david's face completely from wild animal images in keeping with his profession. It was a challenge to find animals in the correct colour and shape that also worked towards looking like his portrait, then completed the finishing touches with small plastic wildlife animals that have been semi-melted resembling all that will survive at the end of human meddling with the planet.
