In Asia, a childhood dream finally came true for me; visiting the rainforest in Borneo.
The first thing I noticed was the oppressive dense air. Mistclouds drifted over the dense forest. Huge trees with thick trunks, entwined lianas and hundreds of shades of green and unknown fruits.
A world of wonder opened up before me. This experience is translated here on the canvas, inspired by the different structures and vegetation that I saw in the rainforest.…
