Spontaneously and with great gestural circles and shapes created from her imagination. A colourful large canvas that can (due to her signature placement) be installed vertically or horizontally. The underpaintings are white with the tints of violet on one but don't for some reason show as white in the photos. Darlene Watson is an experienced Canadian painter who has exhibited her work nationally. Working within Abstract Expressionism, she allows her imagination to run free in order to intuitively create paintings full of colour, movement and soul.
