About this artwork
It is like the fresh delicate side of good old Mother Nature. There is something so peaceful with a soft delicate beach glass colour green. Darlene found quite a few pieces of beach glass in the almost see through hue when first moved here. A large canvas 30”x 81”x2” in acrylic that is signed up the lower right when vertical which allows a horizontal installation with the signature on the lower left.

Darlene Watson is an experienced Canadian painter who has exhibited her work nationally. Working within Abstract Expressionism, she allows her imagination to run free in order to intuitively create paintings full of colour, movement and soul. She draws on nature to guide her towards expressive strokes and dripping paints.
