Deirdre Macleod is an award-winning Scottish artist whose works have been widely exhibited in the United Kingdom, China and Cyprus. Her art explores urban processes, systems, and behaviors, as well as the impact they have on our lives. One of the central concepts featured in Macleod's compositions is the "view from the ground", which she often employs when walking as an observational strategy to disrupt her habitual perception of the city.
