About this artwork
In this work inspired by Ousmane Sow's sculpture, I captured the raw strength and indomitable spirit of the warrior, evoking the traditions of Aboriginal art and primitivism. Using acrylic, I wanted to express a raw and visceral energy. Each brushstroke tells a story of struggle, of resilience—powerful emotions that will resonate in your space, bringing inspiration and deep reflection.
