About this artwork
In creating this piece, I channeled raw emotion through the tactile nature of acrylics, collage elements, pigments, and plaster. This abstract work intertwines textural depth with a layered history, each stroke and material contributing to a conversation about form, memory, and the passage of time. It's an energetic fusion meant to evoke contemplation and inject a dynamic spirit into any space it inhabits.

« The messages in my artworks are individual for everyone. They may even alter every day and you can find something new if your emotions have changed. »
Deyan Valkov is an experienced artist based in Bulgaria whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the United States, Czechia, Spain, Austria, and Luxembourg. He describes his striking works as not adhering to logic, nor to any particular theme. Rather, through spontaneous and intuitive creation, the figures and signs that emerge take on a meaning of their own. The resulting imagery inspires Valkov to entitle compositions.
