«Drawing upon inspirations from a vast array of artistic sources, Malivani proposes a semblance of modernity to the traditional themes to which she gravitates».
«Diana Malivani. Critical Analysis» by Timothy Warrington, Art Critic, 2019 (International Confederation of Art Critics. Chianciano, Italy)

For the Artist, the principal goal of artists depicting flowers, plants and trees is to convey the… aroma of a painted plant, its unique «soul». Diana Malivani believes that trees «grown on canvas» should awaken in the human soul a sense of beauty, an awareness of the unity of all things hidden from us by time.
