This portrait reflects a lapse of relax and boreness. Using a vibrant palette and bold alla prima strokes, I tried to capture my daughter's just-thinking moment, that invite the viewer into a world of silence. It is an invitation to see beyond the visible, to embrace the beauty of a mind that operates on a different, more sensitive frequency.
