About this artwork
Part of the "Forgotten Eden" series, "Redemption" continues to explore our spiritual connection to nature. With themes of immortality, environmental awareness, and the concept of heaven on Earth, this abstracted landscape series has a dreamlike quality that feels both personal and expansive. This original painting is dramatic from afar, but full of texture and surface interest that draws the viewer closer. This image speaks boldly but quietly, appreciating…
resilience and the ability to find inspiration and hope even from a dark place. The 36" x 48" original painting on canvas is gallery wrapped and professionally stretched on a deep-edge, 1.25" wood stretcher bars. It is shipped ready to hang, and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.

« Art is my visual language: it transcends ego and identity, connects us, and reminds us that we are all vulnerable. »
Dina D'Argo is an American painter who has widely exhibited throughout the United States. After a life-threatening horseback accident, she realized that life was too brief to deny one’s dreams and returned to art as a career. D'Argo uses symbolism and metaphor to create an emotional story that portrays her deep connection to the wild and reverence for nature. Between representational and abstract, her works contain many layers of paint applied in an almost sculptural manner.
