« For me, painting is an instrument that helps me to acknowledge the truth about myself. Each painting represents a personal story of liberation and of releasing illusions. »
Kirill Khlopov is an artist based in Belarus whose paintings have been exhibited nationally, as well as in Germany, Switzerland, Lithuania, and the United States. He believes that the portrait is a reflection of the duality of human nature. Through his works, Khlopov explores philosophical questions pertaining to humanity. He believes that when we discover the answers to those questions, we will have a better understanding of who we are as individuals.
