The pond stretches out serenely, reflecting the sky on its calm surface. Waterlilies float delicately on the water, creating an atmosphere of calm and natural beauty. Its leaves float on the surface of the water, while its flowers display a palette of soft and vibrant colors, from pure whites to soft pinks and warm yellows.
Sunlight filters through the branches of the surrounding trees, creating… golden sparkles on the water and lily pad leaves. Colors gradually change with daylight, from soft, nuanced tones in the morning to deeper, richer hues in the evening.
The natural environment surrounding the lake is full of life. I can imagine majestic trees reflecting in the water, creating a feeling of depth and mystery. The vegetation surrounding the lake is lush and diverse, with a variety of aquatic plants and trees bringing the landscape to life.

Dmitry Spiros (b. 1971, Tashkent) is a painter based in Cancún, Mexico. Trained in classical easel painting, he developed a distinctive visual language built on palette-knife structures, chromatic tension, and layered surface construction.
While his earlier works were rooted in contemporary impressionism — including landscapes and light-driven compositions — his recent practice focuses primarily on the human figure. Within this body of work, Spiros operates through what he defines as Ornamental Expressionism.
In this approach, ornament is not decorative embellishment but structural force. Repetition, rhythmic pattern, and fragmentation become emotional architecture. Faces and figures emerge from dense painterly systems where color organizes presence and surface tension replaces anatomical precision.
His works are held in private collections across Europe, Japan, North America, and beyond.
