About this artwork
I crafted this piece with a dance of acrylic on wood, a fusion of the tangible with creativity. It's an interplay of solid form and the ephemeral nature of perception—each angle introduces a new dialogue between light and shadow. I intended to capture the dynamic essence of a fleeting moment, embodying the serenity of dawn's first light. Its presence in your space promises to instill a constant air of inspiration and contemplation.

« My artworks are made significant through balance, the order of forms, and structures. »
Dmytro Shavala is a sculptor based in Ukraine whose pieces have been exhibited in both Italy and the United Kingdom. His artworks are a reflection and observation of the environment that surrounds him, and his reactions to it. Shavala's artistic process is intuitive, as his ideas emerge through the process of creation. The balance of composition and the harmony of color hues are integral in the creation of his minimalist wood sculptures and reliefs.
