About this artwork
Making an first impression, as a human being and as an artist showing myself to you in the form of my art.
I combine drawing and painting on paper with computer techniques to create "new mixed media art".
The digital file get's printed on high quality dibond, in a limited edition of 5.
Then the sides are being curved to create a framing effect (see additional pics).
Eventually the artwork is covered by a layer of epoxy resin /coating, protecting… the artwork and giving it a special gloss look.
The artwork comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Dominic Brown is an exciting Dutch talent who has exhibited his work in Spain, South Korea and the Netherlands. Implementing digital techniques to arrive at a unique approach and output, he fashions large mixed-media paintings and smaller portraits that boast inventive takes on colour, shape and salience. His use of a wide-ranging mix of materials reflects his conviction that art should be innovative and go beyond traditional art practices.
