About this artwork
A floral explosion that flies over a trunk that suggests a resemblance to a bonsai! From my garden I often appear unusual forms of rare flowers which can inspire me. Here, we could associate it with the image of spring tulips which form an expressive and colorful floral ensemble on a soft background and with a desired neutrality to leave its full place in the work. This work was made with structural mortar, collages of Japanese paper as well as leaves… picked in my garden, dried and applied on the canvas. This series of floral stems offers you bouquets but free in space. The pots, here, are not painted to leave a freedom to the bouquet to settle by itself. Varnished work and the sides of the canvas are painted black.
« Passionate and in love with the beauty of nature and eager to transmit through my art of happiness. »
