« It is in a magical moment where the colors, the caress of the brush, the hand, and the water unite to create and make visible the sensitive. »
Dominique Devun is a French painter and draftsman who has exhibited her works nationally.
She describes her artistic evolution as beginning by drawing everything she could think of, including her pets, family, and friends. Currently, she mainly paints landscapes and watercolor portraits. For Devun, the stain and the imprint left on paper leads to a new discovery each time she paints, where both water and color play on the surface to form a "harmonious stain".
